Have your developer integrate the supplied allyWay snippet into the storefront through your theme or a custom module. PrestaShop provides frontend hooks and JavaScript asset registration for module-based integration. A registered script URL is not the same as a complete installation snippet: preserve the supplied loading settings and required initialization. Avoid duplicate copies, clear the relevant caches and test the published shop. No dedicated allyWay PrestaShop module is required or promised.
You need access to the theme or module code, or a developer who can manage installation and deployment. Product-editing access alone may not provide those permissions. Check your PrestaShop version, theme and shop context; in a multistore setup, verify each intended shop separately. Keep security protections enabled and allow only the required script and connection sources if your hosting or shop uses a Content Security Policy. A headless storefront needs allyWay in its separate frontend.
The snippet loads asynchronously. Keep its loading settings intact and check your shop’s performance after installation, especially if you already use several modules or external scripts. Test the integration with your current cache and JavaScript optimization settings; do not disable shop security to make it load.
allyWay works on storefront pages where its snippet loads and security settings permit it. Test product combinations, menus, cart updates, module forms and content loaded after the initial page view. Themes and modules can change how these elements behave, so no universal compatibility is promised. External iframe content cannot be adjusted by the surrounding page’s snippet. Review checkout and payment-provider screens separately and test the complete purchase journey.
Yes. allyWay is made in Europe and processes data in line with the GDPR. The widget does not set tracking cookies on your visitors' devices.
No single tool can do that. allyWay fixes supported issues, offers visitor controls and monitors storefront content. Your theme, modules, product content and purchase journey still need review. Read about the European Accessibility Act for context.
Have your developer remove only the allyWay integration from the theme, custom module or separate frontend where it was added. Check every affected shop in a multistore setup, deploy the change, clear the relevant caches and test the published storefront. Leave unrelated modules and scripts in place. Your products, categories and CMS content stay unchanged.
