For a traditional Magento 2 storefront, open Content → Design → Configuration, edit the relevant store view and expand HTML Head. Add the allyWay snippet to Scripts and Style Sheets, save the configuration and refresh the affected Magento caches. Check the published storefront and avoid loading the same snippet twice through inherited settings or your theme.
You need permission to manage your storefront’s design configuration, or a developer who can add the snippet. Check each store view and your Content Security Policy (CSP). Magento can block external scripts and connections unless they are explicitly allowed; have your developer allow only the required allyWay sources. Do not disable CSP. A headless storefront needs the snippet in its own frontend, not just the Magento Admin configuration.
The snippet loads asynchronously and does not block your pages from rendering. Scans run on allyWay’s side. Check your storefront’s performance after installation, especially if you already use several third-party extensions and scripts.
allyWay works on storefront pages where its snippet loads and security settings permit it. Review product options, navigation, cart and dynamic extension content after installation. External iframe content cannot be adjusted by the surrounding page’s snippet. Magento checkout and payment pages have additional script-security requirements; test the complete purchase journey separately. No universal compatibility with custom themes or headless storefronts is promised.
