Setup, code access, dynamic content and security – before you start.

Add the supplied allyWay snippet to the shared HTML template or layout used by your website’s pages. Preserve its loading settings and required initialization, avoid duplicate copies and deploy the change. Check the published website, including pages with separate layouts. Use your framework’s supported external-script integration when applicable; no dedicated plugin is required.
You need permission to change the website’s code or shared templates and deploy those changes, or a developer who can do this for you. Content-editing access alone is not enough. The website must allow the snippet to run in the visitor’s browser. Confirm the integration in your actual frontend before starting; no universal framework compatibility is promised.
The snippet loads asynchronously. Preserve its loading settings and check performance on your published website, especially if you already use several external scripts. Avoid loading multiple copies. Test with your current caching, optimization, security and consent settings; do not disable protections to make the script run.
Add the snippet through your frontend’s supported script-loading mechanism. On server-rendered websites, browser-dependent initialization must run in the browser, not during server rendering. In single-page apps, test client-side navigation and content loaded after the first page view; follow the supplied installation instructions for any required initialization. Check menus, dialogs and forms after rendering. A snippet on the surrounding page cannot adjust content inside a cross-origin iframe; embedded services need their own accessibility review.
Keep your Content Security Policy and other protections in place. If they block the snippet, have your developer allow only the script and connection sources required by the supplied installation instructions; do not use a blanket wildcard. Review any inline-script nonce requirements. allyWay is developed in Europe and processes data in line with the GDPR; the widget does not set tracking cookies on visitors’ devices. Check the actual integration with your privacy and consent controls, and respect visitor choices.
No single tool can do that. allyWay fixes supported issues, offers visitor controls and monitors website content. Your layouts, navigation, interactive features and forms still need review and manual work where required. Which legal obligations apply depends on your business and services. Read about the European Accessibility Act for context.
Remove only the allyWay snippet and its related initialization from the templates, layouts or script settings where you added it. Deploy the change and clear relevant caches if needed. Check all affected pages and client-side navigation. Leave unrelated scripts and website code in place; your content and layouts stay unchanged.
